no stealies on the journal title kids.

going to commit some premitted vandalizm in the short term, kind of excited. progress photos to be taken. i've never really spray painted that much before so this ought to be interesting. i'm not sure if i want to try to paint a dragon or the proud zealot logo. i think that the logo would be badass to do because then i can do product and ad shoots in front of it for my clothing.

on the other hand, the location isn't going to be accessible all the time, so i'm trading a sweet canvass for something of a mild inconvenience. devil's in the details, though.

filmed a band last night that i'd had a weird hunch about. battle of the bands for a slot to play with Disturbed on tuesday (this upcoming i think) and these kids that came on after the band i was there to film were surprisingly good. i think that they're drummer is about 15 and he looks like a kid i had to make out with once in a failed student film. but then again he may not be - regardless, he was pretty damned good and what got me to keep watching the band play. busting out random dnacy beats before a show is a good way to hook me into watching, anyway

their set was good too. they played a couple of covers, which to me... don't hold as much value as good original music but whatever. it was an intersting night on top of an after that, one of those ones that i hadn't really wanted to go out but ended up anyway.
